Why it works


At CrossFit White Bear we know the key to becoming fit isn’t a big fitness center with lots of equipment, spas, and smoothie bars. With that in mind, we have developed a fitness program that combines professionally coached classes that focuses on constantly varied functional movements, nutritional counseling, and a community of people with like-minded goals.


Fitness Program:
At CrossFit White Bear our philosophy is “Do work. Get Fit.” We focus on a program that optimizes respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We believe by focusing on these skills it will not only make you look and feel better; it will prepare you for the physical demands of everyday life.

 

 

 

Nutrition:
When it comes to good health and fitness, fueling your body is a big part of the equation. To help you, we offer nutritional counseling one-on-one and via our blog. We also have nutritional challenges where you can fine-tune your nutritional habits with a group of people supporting you. Although we recommend a healthy diet, the option is yours whether to partake or not.

 

 

 

Community:
Typically at gyms you swipe your card, put on your headphones and walk anonymously from machine to machine. At CrossFit White Bear our coaches and members all know each other. It breeds healthy competition and accountability. Successful people surround themselves with people who have a common interest, the same holds true with fitness. During a rigorous workout it can make a world of difference knowing someone is enduring through with you.
