CrossFit White Bear is unlike your average gym. Our training programs are professionally coached and are programmed to deliver maximum results. We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment where you can train, learn about all aspects of fitness and nutrition and find a sense of community.
The training programs we offer are scalable no matter your age, current size or current fitness level. You bring a positive attitude and our coaches will make sure you use proper form and technique to get you in and keep you in great shape. We benchmark your performance and track it online so our members can see the changes in their fitness level. Training programs offered include:
CrossFit Classes are core strength and conditioning program that use compound movements at high intensity designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Boot Camp Classes are based on the same principles as the CrossFit classes and are a great place to start if you want to do CrossFit or just get in shape. These classes focus on resistance training using a member’s body weight, randomized movements such as but not limited to kettlebell swings, burpees, rope climbs and cardiovascular training.
Sport-Specific Training and Personal Training is an option that provides a member a customized training plan based on their individualized needs and/or sport-specific goal.
